  • Work with expert sales executives and recruiters to learn high-impact communication strategies

  • You will build strong relationships through meetings, networking and referrals.
  • You’ll bring your energy and determination to find new candidates or clients every day, exceeding activity metrics defined in partnership with your manager
  • You will qualify all consultants for quality, availability and deliverability.
  • You’ll effectively negotiate pay rates in line with expected and budgeted margin percentages.
  • You will utilize Eliassen Group systems and gather market intelligence in the form of sales leads.
  • Your exceptional people skills will empower you to work closely with account executives to fill job requirements in a trusted, two-way-street working relationship


  • Must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Passionate about working in a sales and consulting environment
  • Preference is given to a candidate with a Bachelor's
  • High energy with an aptitude to learn new skills and technologies
  • Should have a high-level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.


  • Eliassen Group's Account Executives and Technical Recruiters receive a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential. We pay weekly and very well!

Base range $40,000 - $45,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.

“W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).”
