Title: Business Development Director

Position Summary:

As a Director of Strategic Account’s, you will develop and lead partnerships across professional services and the financial services vertical with a focus on our business operations, finance, and regulatory compliance practice. This role will be responsible for strategy, development and management strategic accounts, client relationship, building and managing account teams. We are looking for solutions-oriented leaders who can assess client needs, identify opportunities to develop value and facilitate successful partnership responses and outcomes.

Responsibilities

 

Strategy and growth development

  • Drive growth by through bringing in and fostering new and existing relationships with executives’ leaders across our large strategic accounts

    Develop key account strategies including providing thought leadership and advise on business initiatives, priorities, and the competitive landscape Create repeatable partnering approach that can be successfully leveraged across all professional service’s strategic accounts teams Manage day-to-day relationships Lead target account and joint account planning process and successfully execute plans Attract, develop, train, and retain top business development talent creating with the goal of achieving firm leading NPS scores

  • Provide leadership and coaching, to ensure team understand the customer journey, offerings, and their role in delivering value to customers

 

Qualifications:

  • 10 plus years managing strategic accounts in a professional services environment that span multiple practice offerings and regions- financial services industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record in forming and scaling strategic accounts and teams
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience engaging and communicating with executive level relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build consensus for new ideas enabling lasting partnership and successful outcomes
  • Ability to build, lead and inspire teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirt and inquisitive with a deep desire to learn, understand business operations, pain points, and seek practical and sustainable solutions
  • Experience in marketing, pursuit management, or business development
  • Big Four or professional services marketing, business development, or pursuit experience
  • Excellent relationship development skills-at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative capabilities
  • Bes-in-class knowledge of sales processes and tools
