Job Summary:

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the primary responsibility of the Contracts Administrator is to support the workflow and life cycle of contractual engagements with clients, MSPs and vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer non-disclosure agreements, Statements of Work, Purchase Order terms and conditions, End Client agreements, and related documentation.
  • Manage contract workflow and life cycle for contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. Anticipate, identify, manage and negotiate contract/order changes, coordinate resolution of contract issues with dynamic internal and external customer base.
  • Ensure contracts and other agreements are administered in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain contract files, records, and other information in Contract Management System and various databases.
  • Analyze client requirements versus internal processes and standards. Track and administer compliance requirements such as mark-up limits, special agreements, auditing, and supplier or immigration restrictions. Recommend risk mitigation strategies where applicable.
  • Assist sales and onboarding teams in the understanding and administration of client requirements. Will be one of the primary contacts in answering questions regarding contract agreements, limits, terms, and requirements.
  • Act as contractual liaison between company employees and clients, ensuring timely review and approval of contract variations.On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly until consensus has been reached.
  • Partner with HR, executive management, and legal counsel in developing internal contract and agreement templates. Responsible for updating and implementing needed changes to existing contracts and agreements.
  • Manage various projects and process flows as directed.
  • Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent reading and language comprehension with exceptional oral and written communication skills

Education and Experience: (Qualifications and/or Requirements)

  • BA/BS Degree with minimum of 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent.

  • The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge. Base salary range $45,000 - $50,000
  • This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.
