Director of Growth Marketing - Remote (US)

The Role: 

The Enterprise Marketing Organization at Eliassen Group is searching for a Director of Growth Marketing for our Clinical Solutions and Financial, Risk & Compliance, and Advisory Solutions business lines. This highly visible role will be a versatile global marketing leader who will own marketing strategy, growth, and execution in direct collaboration with our marketing center of excellence team, along with our business line leaders. The focus will be on aligning strategy to the goals of the businesses, while leveraging marketing expertise to understand the audience pain points in order to best position our solutions in the right format and channel. Executing campaigns, event management, co-marketing partner event initiatives, and pipeline generation will be a significant portion of this position. In addition, this role will have a seat on the marketing leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of marketing experience working closely with stakeholders and providing marketing expertise while prioritizing initiatives. The role will report to the SVP | Head of Enterprise Marketing.  


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the line of business objectives and drive growth across U.S. and European markets.
  • Develop and drive performance-based marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Define key value propositions and differentiators of our solutions that will address pain points to target audiences.
  • Develop and implement content strategies across the customer journey that resonate with target audiences and support demand generation and conversions.
  • Be a marketing champion by building strong partnerships and credibility with business leaders within both Clinical Solutions and our Financial, Risk & Compliance, and Advisory Solutions – simultaneously representing the Enterprise Marketing function to these lines of business and being the lead conduit of information between the two.
  • Understand key metrics to inform a go-forward strategy.


  • Hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing or related area. 
  • Have B2B experience across a wide range of marketing/demand generation functions with global experience being a plus.
  • Has a proven track record of building a strong marketing strategy to complement organizational commitments.
  • Is proficient in marketing industry tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Possesses a curiosity and willingness to stay ahead of new marketing trends that align with business needs. 
  • Can demonstrate the successful development and implementation of campaigns using multiple channels based on target audiences.
  • Showcase experience with lead management and methodology for an audience workflow.
  • Display strong analytics, testing, and experimentation skills, utilizing data-driven insights to shape effective strategies and campaigns.
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration capabilities, contributing to an integrated campaign or strategy.

Base salary – up to $110,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.
This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.
