Pre-Sales Coordinator - Remote

The Pre-Sales Coordinator is key in facilitating the operational aspects of Eliassen Group's sales and pre-sales activities within the IT consulting sphere. This supportive role entails conducting preliminary research, managing administrative responsibilities, organizing sales-related engagements, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contact/Company Research:Assist in gathering basic information on potential clients and industry trends to support the sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Administrative Support:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing simple presentations, coordinating meetings, and keeping documentation organized and accessible.
  • Sales Scheduling:Help arrange meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients, collaborating with sales staff to find suitable times and locations.
  • Tracking Sales:Assist in tracking sales opportunities and maintaining the sales database to help provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:Support collaboration efforts between various teams to aid in the smooth execution of sales and pre-sales projects.
  • Maintaining Documentation:Keep sales and pre-sales documentation, including files and presentations, well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Sales Support Process:Contribute to the efficiency of the sales process by ensuring the timely flow of information and resources to the pre-sales team.
  • Meeting Approvals:Provide support in organizing and preparing for meetings that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Sales Support Process Coordination:Support cross-functional tasks to help ensure that sales support processes run smoothly and are in line with business objectives.

    Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred with minimum of 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales environment.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of market trends is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office software and basic computer skills.

 Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
