What It Looks Like Today:

 

  • Start with a cohort of peers in an elite training program designed to give you the foundations of recruiting and IT staffing.
  • Work with expert recruiters and salespeople to learn high-impact communication strategies.
  • Gradually develop your skills through a mix of classroom instruction, shadowing, coaching/mentoring and hands-on learning-by-doing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making cold calls, connections, and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignments with Eliassen Group’s clients.
  • Conduct phone interviews to qualify consultants for open positions with our wide range of clients.
  • Develop skills in preparation for potential recruiting leader or account executive career paths.
  • Attend university networking events and network through sites like LinkedIn & Dice.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly for client assignments within your geographical region.
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop recruiting strategies and adopt best practices.

Base Range: $40,000 - $45,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.

 W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
