Position: Senior Account Executive – Eliassen Group - Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA

Business Line: Eliassen Professional Services – Technology Division

Overview: Our professional services consulting company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to support our sales efforts and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of app development services and solutions and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the technology industry. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including delivery, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on app development consulting services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Drive strategic account planning and development across all technical professional services
  • Experience prospecting new clients
  • Ability to travel as required.
