HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY AS A RECRUITING DIRECTOR
- Communicate daily with Dallas, Austin & Denver offices regarding regional job order coverage needs and load balancing recruiting coverage between offices to maximize delivery effectiveness
- Serve as a SME for technology skill sets and emerging technologies
- Partner with above referenced Market Directors and Recruiting Leads to ensure each office stays up to date with most current sourcing strategies and best practices
- Perform bi-weekly regional training sessions for recruiters focused on effective recruiting strategies as well as technical training
- Responsible for the development and execution of training and onboarding curriculum for recruiters
- Assist with onboarding and training of new recruiters in the region
- Conduct scheduled boot camp-style trainings for Junior recruiters during their ramp period
- Perform trainings for more tenured recruiters focused on advanced recruiting strategies
- Work with Eliassen leadership on the plans, strategy, and build out of a West Region recruiting center (future state when appropriate)
- Assist in the setup of recruiting teams in Eliassen West Region expansion markets
- Work with regional leadership in the integration of acquisitions as it relates to recruiting strategies
- Accountable for working directly with above referenced Market Branch Directors to meet or exceed financials of assigned branch offices
- Responsible for partnering with West Region Branch Directors and West Region recruiting leadership to ensure consistency of recruiting approach and common operating model
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- 5+ years of IT Talent Solutions experience focused in recruiting
- 3+ years of IT Talent Solutions lead/ leadership /management to include hiring and training of technical recruiters
- Demonstrated ability to build effective recruiting teams
- Ability to balance training and development of recruiting staff with personal contribution duties
- Track record of high achievement as an individual contributor
